The Lofts

With only nine homes, Riviera Lofts feels like a place where you know your neighbors rather than a building you pass through. Every studio has been renovated and comes fully furnished, and every one opens onto a large covered outdoor area of its own.

The shared spaces do the rest: an expansive lounge that works as a home office when you need a change of scene, and a small dog park so your dog gets a run without a drive. Downtown Austin is minutes away.
